1. Identification

This website belongs to Patrícia Félix | Facial Aesthetics & Micropigmentation, hereinafter referred to as "Patrícia Félix Estética".

The use of this website and the booking of services or online purchases imply the reading, understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Patrícia Félix Estética provides services in the areas of advanced facial aesthetics, wellness, micropigmentation, and the sale of cosmetic and professional products.

All treatments are personalised according to the professional assessment carried out at the time of consultation/treatment.

Results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle habits, skincare routine, medical conditions and compliance with aftercare recommendations.

3. Online Bookings

Appointments may be scheduled through the website, booking platform or direct contact.

To confirm a booking, a prepayment of 50% of the service will be required.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the appointment.

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in the loss of the prepaid amount.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

In cases of late cancellation or unjustified absence, Patrícia Félix Estética reserves the right to:

• Retain the deposit/payment made;
• Require full prepayment for future bookings;
• Refuse future appointments in recurring situations.

In the event of a significant delay, the session may be shortened or cancelled in order not to compromise subsequent appointments.

5. Contraindications & Client Responsibility

Before any treatment is performed, the client agrees to provide truthful information regarding health conditions, allergies, medication, pregnancy, medical history or any other relevant condition.

Failure to disclose important information may compromise the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.

Patrícia Félix Estética reserves the right to refuse treatments whenever contraindications or risks are identified.

6. Online Product Sales

Products available on the website are intended for personal and/or professional use, according to each product description.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and slight differences may occur compared to the actual item.

All prices displayed include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Product availability is subject to existing stock.

Patrícia Félix Estética reserves the right to change prices, descriptions or promotional campaigns without prior notice.

7. Payments

Payments may be made through the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase.

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

8. Shipping & Deliveries

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the client during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier services, stock availability and destination.

Patrícia Félix Estética cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

9. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, used or unsealed cannot be returned.

Clients have the right to request a return within 14 days for unused products, in accordance with Portuguese e-commerce legislation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of defective or incorrectly supplied items.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within the legally applicable timeframe.

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website, including texts, images, visual identity, logos and graphic materials, belongs to Patrícia Félix Estética or is used with proper authorisation.

Any reproduction, use or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
