You may choose to pick it up at the location by prior appointment or have it sent to an address in Portugal.

All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website.
Order preparation will only begin after payment confirmation.
PRODUCT SURVEY IN THE SPACE
If you prefer, you can pick up your order directly at Patrícia Félix Estética Facial & Micropigmentação in Faro.
The pickup is arranged by appointment, ensuring the order is ready upon your arrival and reducing wait times.
HOME DELIVERY
If more convenient, your order can be sent to any address in Portugal.
Shipment is made after payment confirmation.
Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process or communicated in advance, where applicable.
The delivery time may vary depending on the carrier and product availability.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products featured on the website are subject to stock availability.
Should any item be temporarily unavailable, you will be contacted as soon as possible to choose one of the following options:
- Wait for stock replenishment;
- Replace with another equivalent product, whenever possible;
- Request a full refund of the amount paid
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We aim to ensure maximum satisfaction with every purchase made.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may do so within the applicable legal timeframe, provided that the product:
- It has not been used;
- Be in the original packaging;
- Keep the security seals intact;
- Be in perfect condition for sale
Upon receipt and verification of the item, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, whenever applicable.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and health protection, it is not possible to accept returns of:
- Cosmetic products that have been opened or used;
- Products whose safety seal has been tampered with;
- Personalized products or items made to order specifically for the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity;
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or differs from what was ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs that allow the situation to be assessed.
Each case will be analyzed individually to ensure a quick and appropriate resolution.
